Basic job description:
- Coordinate with the Branch Director to organize, manage, build, develop, operate, inspect and supervise business activities and sales force at the unit within the assigned area.
- Build human resource needs, participate in consulting, guiding, and recruiting sales staff positions.
- Evaluate capacity and develop plans to develop sales staff capacity. Organize continuous training to help employees improve their sales service capacity.
- Develop criteria for evaluating achievements and propose emulation and rewards.
Coordinate with the unit to manage the customer's debt situation within the scope of management, collect money, spend money and pay money by sales staff in accordance with regulations. - Aggregate customer data, analyze, evaluate and classify customers based on potential.
Make reports according to regulations. - Perform other operations as requested by superiors

Request:
- Qualification: Graduated University degree in Economics or Pharmacy or higher (priority is given to candidates with sales management experience)
- Other skills (Informatics, foreign languages...):
- Proficient in using office applications Excel, Word, Powerpoint,...
- Good management and business planning skills.
- Creative and independent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Have effective communication, negotiation, and training skills.
· Basic English
· Other requirements: - Sensitive to the business market, especially pharmaceutical business.
- Ability to withstand work pressure
- Love the job, understand the pharmaceutical market and pharmacy channels.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, ability to influence & have a positive impact
- Frequently travel to work in the area.
